As an IT professional with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, I have developed extensive experience in managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, and Network Operations within hospitality and corporate environments. Currently working as an IT Specialist at Grand Millennium Business Bay, I lead technology initiatives that enhance Operational Efficiency, System Reliability, and IT Automation across the organization. My role involves managing Servers, Network Switches, Wireless Networks, Endpoint Systems, and Enterprise Applications to ensure High Availability and uninterrupted IT operations. I administer Active Directory and Windows Server environments, implement Security Policies, and maintain Access Control Systems while also designing Data Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity (BCP) strategies to safeguard critical organizational data. Additionally, I oversee Cloud Migration, deploy and maintain Network Infrastructure, monitor Cybersecurity Systems, and coordinate with Technology Vendors to manage IT Projects and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
